DAYTON, OR – Information from NAFA Executive Director, Benjie Hedgecock. Please visit the NAFA website at NAFA FASTPITCH for complete details about the 2015 NAFA World Series. But please read the following instructions that need immediate attention:

1) If you haven’t paid your entry fee of $460 (including the $30 NAFA annual registration fee), DO IT this morning as you are 10 days late. You can pay your entry fee and NAFA Annual Registration fee online.

Please do it this morning with one of your player’s Visa cards online by CLICKING HERE . Or mailing to: NAFA, PO BOX 566, Dayton, OR 97114.

Host Hotels

The A-Major Championship game is at 1:15 p.m. Sunday and there is an if necessary game, it will follow at 3 p.m.

2) We need you to proof the spelling of your team name and state/province and correct any mistake ASAP.

3) We need your pitchers to be requested if you have any changes or additions that you are working on. EVERY PITCHER has to be on the NAFA Pitcher’s List on the website at www.Nafafastpitch.com and in the proper class AND MUST be listed below.

4) We need your UNSIGNED roster emailed asap with JERSEY numbers so that we can enter them this week into the STATS Program at www.playnafa.org.

5) We need your emergency cell phone so that we can get ahold of you before and during the event.

6) We need to know which Hotel you are staying at so that we can get ahold of you there if we can’t get you on your cell phone.

We look forward to seeing each of you in the Quad Cities.

I will send you the banned bat list and the tournament rules soon in addition to the NAFA 3GG Double Elimination Bracket and the 4th Game Guaranteed Consolation Bracket.

Everyone loves the 4th game guaranteed bracket as you can get up to 5 more games in it so PARTICIPATE, Everyone else does and so should your team, if you havent played a 4th game in the bracket it is FREE, if you have played a 4th game already but you still want in then it’s only $40 to enter.

The Coaches Meeting is Wednesday, August 5th at 8 p.m. at the La Quinta Inn Conference Center.

Thursday Tournament Opening Ceremonies are at 6:45 p.m. at the Green Valley Sports Complex in Moline, Illinois where all games will be played for the A-Major Division. GV= Green Valley Sports Complex, 5920 52nd Ave, Moline, IL 61265
