Lindgrin hurls Oregon Cascades to CAN-AM title

NEWBERG, Ore. – Led by the no-hit pitching of Tyler Lindgrin, The Oregon Cascades defeated the Abbotsford Builders, 11-0, in the championship game to go undefeated at 5-0 and claim the CAN-AM Challenge at Newberg’s Darnell Wright Sports Complex, Sept. 2-3.

Lindgrin won three games and was selected the tournament’s Most Valuable Pitcher, while Craig Snyder was a workhorse for the Builder’s pitching all five games for a 4-1 mark. His outstanding performance earned him the Co-Most Valuable Player award that he shares with the Cascades Luke Bowers.
