A little something about you, the author. Nothing lengthy, just an overview.

Adam grew up in a very small community outside Bham in the Dolomite / Pleasant Grove area. His Dad Joe Kirkpatrick along with his Uncle Will Kirkpatrick were fastpitch pitchers. I also am from this area which produced numerous fastpitch pitchers in the late 50’s to the late 80’s. Best game of my career was no-hitting the Clearwater Bombers, allowing only 1 walk while striking out 14. Our small town was a hotbed for fastpitch. I am now 75 years old but still have great passion for the fastpitch game.
Joe Tucker…love your story. What a great sport.
Joe Tucker was as good a pitcher as ever played the game! He always worked for his living and never depended on softball for a living!
