PRESTON, MN – Preston, Minnesota is located in the southeastern part of the state; about 36 miles southeast of Rochester. Preston is central to one of the remaining hotspots of men’s fastpitch left in Minnesota.

The Scheevel family – Lynn and Barbara, and their sons Ryan and Brett – are an integral part of the Preston Merchants men’s fastpitch team, the 2010 Minnesota ASA Class C state champions. And they along with a host of dedicated volunteers, are doing their utmost in promoting the sport by hosting an annual tournament.

Dubbed the Preston Fastpitch Tournament, the popular event is now in its eighth year.

The tournament will be held July 28-29. If you’re in the area, plan on attending. Great fastpitch fun to be had for players, teams and fans alike.
