BEAUMONT, Calif. – The Beaumont Coyotes overcame a 1-0 deficit by scoring four runs in the fourth inning to take a 4-2 victory over the Corona Chicanos on Friday in the 37th Annual Coyotes Men’s Fastpitch Tournament at Valdivia Field in Beaumont.

Gabriel Valdivia got things started in the fourth with a leadoff single, stole second and third, and then scored on an error to even the score. The Coyotes – whose bats were in a slumber through the first three innings – broke loose for three more runs, led by Aaron Morris and George Valdivia’s run-scoring singles to nail down the win.
