REDLANDS, CA – The Redlands East Valley Wildcats scored three goals in the first 15 minutes and were never headed in a 5-0 defeat of the Fontana Steelers, Friday, in a Citrus Belt League girl’s soccer match up.

“We knew it would be tough, they’re a great talent and probably the best team in league this year,” said Fontana coach, Armando Fresquez.

After the Steelers gave up the three early goals, the defense toughened the rest of the way. Fresquez especially lauded his goalkeeper, Edith Brito. Click to continue »

REDLANDS, CA – The Redlands East Valley Lady Wildcats defeated the visiting Fontana Lady Steelers, 5-0, in a Citrus Belt League girl’s soccer match, Friday.
