LAS VEGAS – So. Calif. Independent Fastpitch League (SCIFL) President, Jesse Ortiz, who is also the tournament director for the Las Vegas Road Trip X tournament, is up-dating the the NAFA A, A-Major, and AA / AA-Major brackets as quickly as possible on the SCIFL website.

TWO BIG GAMES Saturday feature Minnesota’s Marchio Sausage Co. vs. So. California’s J & B Painting in a AA-AA/Major semifinal takes place at Sunset Park (Field 11) at 1:15 p.m., followed by the Northeast Naturals taking on TJ Fastpitch of Mexico at 3 p.m.

Come out to Sunset Park and Warm Springs Park softball fields to watch some top-caliber men’s fastpitch played by ball clubs from Mexico, Canada and the United States.

Canada, Mexico and United States Teams Battle For Las Vegas Road Trip Championships

maccabi.scifl.92Some of the best talent in North and South America will compete for championships in the Las Vegas Road Trip IX men’s fastpitch tournament, April 8-10 at Sunset Park fields in Las Vegas, Nevada.

To all teams, players and fans:

Less than a month away and here is the latest update on the Las Vegas Road Trip IX, April 8-10. At this time there are 32 teams confirmed to play. Teams from Canada, Mexico, and the United States are all represented at the tournament.

The schedule has been set and all divisions will use the 3-game guarantee NAFA bracket. The championship games are scheduled for 3:00 PM on Sunday with “IF” games immediately after if necessary. As with any tournaments these are the scheduled times and games may push back a bit during the course of the day so please plan flights accordingly.

CARSON CITY, Nev. – The masters teams have arrived, the brackets are set, and fastpitch softball’s top players from across the U.S. and Canada from ages 40 to 60 and older will battle for championships in five divisions: 40, 45, 50, 55, and 60 and older from Sept. 18-20 at Centennial Park in Carson City.

NAFA NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS– Coaches, please read the details of the first Las Vegas October NAFA Masters Tournament and then confirm that you are coming or if you need a few more players to make it.

If any of you have players that are interested have them email me (nafafastpitch@gmail.com) and I will find a team for them.

If you are coming or thinking about coming and we have left your team name off the list, email me asap.

Teams have verbally entered the tournament, but each of you must confirm again. Other teams wishing to play, please confirm asap so we can send tournament schedules next week.

Tournament days and dates are Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 23-24 (no Friday games).
