WHITEHORSE, YUKON, CA – In what figured to be an important first-round match up between two of the world’s top junior men’s (age-19 under) fastpitch teams, New Zealand beat its long-time rival Australia 5-1 Friday afternoon at Pepsi Centre in Whitehorse in the first day of the 10th ISF Junior Men’s World Championship.
