Bracket set for Beaumont Coyotes 4th of July Men’s Fastpitch Tournament

BEAUMONT, Calif. – The 37th Annual Beaumont Coyotes Men’s Fastpitch Tournament opens Friday, July 4, with 10 teams competing for the championship of the double elimination event that features some of Southern California’s stronger ASA Class C and B teams.

The double-elimination tournament opens at 8:30 a.m. at Valdivia Field at Rangel Park. Games are scheduled an hour and a half apart.

  • 8:30 Hit Men vs. Bombers
  • 10:00 I.E. Valley vs. Corona Rebels
  • 11:30 Beaumont Coyotes vs. Corona Chicanos
  • 1:00 Corona Redline vs. Pala Braves (two-time defending champions)
  • 2:30 Breeder – Rupp vs. winner of 8:30 game
  • 4:00 San Bernardino Dirtbags vs. winner of 10 a.m. game
  • On Saturday the action starts at 8 a.m. with the final game of the day set for 6:30 p.m.

    Then on Sunday, games kick off at 8:30 with the winner’s bracket final, and continue until the championship game scheduled for 1 p.m.

    All the games will be played at Rangel Park, located on the corner of Olive Ave. and West 4th Street in Beaumont.

    For families, the park has shade trees down the baselines close to the action, and a playground for the kids. Great homemade Mexican food will be served with cold beverages throughout the tournament.
