    I haven’t heard of a team scrimmaging a state penitentiary team since the Texas State Armadillos did it in the early 90s for football.

    Hi Bob, great to hear from you again. I met Greg and his son Shane and the Boise RiverDogs during the 2010 NAFA World Series in which they placed fourth, I believe. Great bunch of guys.

    And thank you for the compliment. By the way, you had a pretty good fastpitch career yourself. Congratulations on that, and hope to get together with you some time.

    My brother, John Otto, who lives in Cannon Falls did some work for Harry Thurmes, who I played softball with in 1967 and 1971, I believe. Are you two related?

    Played the prison team at Kansas state prison Lansing early 70s.Team (I didn’t go) played in a tour. at Moberly Mo. prison early 70s.
